Usage: POST /static/on_play_done?[<servlet parameters>]

Stop play video stream. Implements RTMP directive on_play_done configured in nginx.conf

  Servlet Parameters:
    help, h
      Display usage
  * name
      UUID of RTMP live video stream

  Example:
      HTTP(S)-POST https://haendel.ddns.net:8443/static/on_play_done?help=false
